I’d recommend Dr.Herz to anyone who is fine with “stiff” or “quirky” bedside manner as long as their animal is receiving the best care possible. Personally I wouldn’t care if this man would ask me to stand in horse poop while he tended to my dogs. He is able to diagnose with a passing glance. This man is a phenomenal vet and has every right to be arrogant and picky. He charges regular prices as vets should, not as they do. His wife keeps a great schedule. My animals have never been kept waiting. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. In a crisis when you don’t know what to do he may not be the most compassionate however, he gives you all kids of information and resources. I’m forever grateful for my “soul sister” for leading me to him. Shannon
