I know I have to wait almost 3 hours to being seen by the dr. However, he was very detail when he came to us. Dr. Sousa was kind and very supportive, he also provide us with different options.

Took my dogs two weeks ago and spent over 400 for their shots all of them. Had to come back on 3/15/26 for their booster shot to the canine influenza shot my bull for 1 shot was 292.00 all because I am not set up on monthly payments that banfield offers. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are scamming people out of money just called vetco at Petco and the booster is 50 all together for both of my dogs the front staff their is great , but. I was not emailed or anything about the price today so was caught off guard . I kindly walked out the office my dogs were scheduled for 9:30 and the vet doesn’t get there until 10 I was also not told this . Just horrible going to report this to my aunt who is a Congress woman in NJ this is straight stealing of money one shot 292. I call Bas when they got more than 4 two weeks ago and it was a little over 400 math is not mathing. Also most vets give discounts if they are treating more than one dog horrible just horrible.
