They have taken excellent care of my horses. Each of the vets I have interacted with has been very thorough, kind and taken the time to explain things to me.

I chose this vet because the owner is an exceptional surgeon. I would choose Dr Staller if we needed surgery. However, I do not find the staff to be professional and left the practice. The office manager is quick to respond defensively with ego before listening and empathizing when I made an effort to share my negative experiences with her. We left the practice after requesting an emergency visit. When I called they told us that my horse isn't their patient and they were offended that I allowed another vet to support the rehabilitations of lameness identified by another doctor. I brought a second doctor in because I knew something was wrong and they missed it. I was transparent and sent Running S each progress report as I rehabilitated my horse. But they were still out primary vet. So if you use Running S, you're not allowed to get second opinions or have other equine professionals help your horse. I used a more qualified equine physical therapist and they were mad and said "we have someone who does bodywork and FES". Their tone and word choices were gross and they showed me that they don't care if you stay or go. They don't put the horse needs first when you need them.

Called in for a estimate on a castration and was told someone would call me back...I called next day and whoever picks up the phone said sir it's takes few days for that.....absolutely ridiculous
