Very disappointing experience. The customer service at this veterinary office is terrible. I repeatedly make appointments for a specific time, yet every single visit turns into the same situation: after they bring you into a room, you still end up waiting close to an hour. And every time the response is the same: “If you don’t want to wait, I understand, you can reschedule the appointment.” After me driving 40 min to get here” That is not a solution and shows very little respect for clients’ time. They don’t seem to care how long you’ve already been waiting. Another thing that really bothers me is that they often want to take dogs to the back and leave them waiting in crates instead of allowing owners to stay involved. As a pet owner, that makes me uncomfortable. In my experience, they have not been professional, organized, or respectful of customers’ time. I highly recommend being very involved in your pet’s care and staying on top of everything with the doctors. I personally would not feel comfortable leaving my dog there unattended. Ps/ I attached a photo, me waiting for one hour already.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pet hospital. The front desk employee with short curly hair was extremely rude and displayed aggressive gestures after I politely complained about being left waiting. I had already called ahead to complete paperwork, but after she spoke with the doctor about my pet’s case, I was left waiting while she remained on the phone. When I asked about the delay, she responded by telling me to “relax” in a very disrespectful tone. As a customer bringing in a beloved pet, I expected professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the treatment I received felt dismissive and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses customer service issues so other pet owners are treated with more respect. Overpriced and rude people.

Was very happy with the service and care they did for my baby Penelope. This was also such a nice surprise because they are not located inside the pet store. Which is great and way less stressful lol. Dr Jenny was very caring and addressed concerns i had with my kitten. This was the first time we've gone with banfield instead of a local vet and we were pleasantly surprised. Kitten package is also awesome and super affordable. I've recommended this practice to family members who have also enjoyed having their pet seen here. My daughter also loved the little kid center and the pretty art work on the window made by their own receptionist! Thank you so much Dr. Jenny and staff ! See you guys at our next visit.
