I’d like to thank Animal Paradise in Cliffside Park for treating my fur baby Camila. She was attacked by a husky about a month ago and we had to rush to the emergency vet since it was after 10pm. Her left eye suffered trauma and the vet even prepared me for having to remove her eye especially because she gave us a hard time administering the drops. I was in such distress because I knew how important it was to get the drops in her eye, but she made it very difficult. Animal Paradise is where I usually take her for checkups, etc. so I decided to call to see if they could administer the drops. They were kind enough to work with my schedule (the drops had to be administered 3x/day) and gave me a reasonable fee for the administration. Margi, the manager, kindly taught me how to administer the drops. My dog is seeing an ophthalmologist and things are improving with her eye. Again, I’d like to thank Animal Paradise, the techs, and receptionists in the office for helping me in saving her eye and supporting me during this time!!! Animal Paradise will continue to be her regular vet!

I would leave a zero star if could. Took my cat and less than 24 hours later he passed away. I am very disappointed and I bought everything and was unable to use any medication. The doctor said he had months left not hours. I am disappointed and upset with a broken heart. It was a high payment for an unwell work done.
