I had such a great experience here as a new patient. Bridget was particularly so nice, down to earth, and made me feel comfortable and validated with my concerns for my dog. The front desk staff and Dr. Hagan were all amazing and so good with my very nervous dog. They were upfront with having a game plan for her treatment first, without going straight to a bunch of unnecessary testing (which I appreciated after I had been overcharged as well as felt completely dismissed at our previous vet). I very much appreciate this team, their efforts, and clear love for the pets.

I highly recommend Cologne Animal Hospital. I have recently taken my senior cat, and had previously taken my emergently ill dog here as this is our local Veterinarian. With both pets, we were treated individually with the utmost respect, kindness and care while specifically focusing and treating each animals issue. Both Doctors(Dr. Carpenter, and previously Dr. Longstreet) were excellent with communication, knowledge, understanding and personable. Great bedside manner! The office staff and the Vet Techs all carry the same demeanor, they're respectful, caring and knowledgeable with excellent communication with their patients and families. So, it makes sense that overall this facility is a well oiled machine. In the future I would not hesitate to have our pets treated here. Again, highly recommended!

Seriously the best vet I’ve ever been to. I know everyone always says the same thing but he is no joke. Dr Hagen is the real thing, he truly cares for your pet the same way you do. At first, We were so nervous to take our mini dachshund to him but after leaving, our opinion changed immensely. We LOVE DR HAGEN, he is one of the best vets I’ve ever been to in my life. He made our dogs dental exam go so smoothly and not once did we question him about it. That’s how much trust we had in him. Thank you cologne animal vet, we love this place!
