Dr. Landis is amazing. I am in a different state, and she did a PPE for me. She is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. If I was in NJ, I would be thrilled to have her as my vet.

This review is solely on the receptionist for the clinic. I am giving it a 1 because she is so unwelcoming and unpleasant to talk to over the phone that alone makes me not want to further associate with this business. I truly believe customer service goes a long way and I have never called and asked for anything out of this world complicated or been rude to her. She has always been rude and her tone indicative that she would rather be doing other things. It’s not a great feeling when you call a place and they make you feel like you are a burden. If you don’t like your job find one you do like. I’ve only ever asked her for an appointment or two email me a copy of my horses records and every time it’s been like I asked her to hang the moon and stars and it is some impossibly complicated task. For this reason alone I no longer deal with this clinic.
