You should update your hours on Google or actually be open during your hours listed. I live around the corner from your office and my dog was having a medical emergency. I saw that your office was "open" from 3-6pm today 5/18/26. In a panic, at 3:15pm, when your office was listed as open, I came to seek dire medical attention for my pet. Crucial time was wasted driving to your office, ringing bell, calling, and then trying to exit your driveway onto a busy Central ave all while my dog was literally dying. We went to the nearest vet ER where my dog did ultimately expire due to her condition. Could she have been saved if she had been treated in your office? Maybe, maybe not. Could she have survived had I not wasted those crucial minutes driving to and not being able to be seen at your office? We will never know. I can't blame you. You are not an emergency facility but you were my best hope during a dire situation. Unfortunately you were not available during a time that you were listed as "open".

I am giving this place two stars considering the long-term relationship we had and how well the USED to care for my dog. The last time Charlie was brought in, they did not even want to take a look at the symptomps or what was happening to him, we gave it a chance because we thought we did not want to harm the hospital by leaving a bad review or the client-clinic relationship. The vet wanted to send charlie home with just some meds without even evaluating him. We ended up taking him to nice, clean, friendly clinic in Union, VEG, where he was evaluated and treated for his allergies and the condition he was presenting when we came in last year to East Orange Animal Hospital. Also, I've been trying to call them to get my dog's vaccine records, I've emailed them, and I get no response whatsover. He needs to get his annual checkup and he also needs to go to the groomer and we haven't been able to do any of this because we don't have a copy of his vaccines. I don't recomment coming here AT ALL, even less for emergencies.

El mejor veterinario! El no te hace hacer cosas innecesarias para que gastes dinero como otros el sabe demasiado y manda a hacer lo que tu mascota necesita los precios son mucho más bajos No llevo a mis mascotas a ningún otro veterinario! Lo súper recomiendo Solo que jamás atienden el teléfono las chicas de la oficina! No tengo auto así que es complicado ir para hacer una cita o una pregunta que podría hacerse por teléfono! Por eso le bajo una estrella por el pésimo servicio de las chicas que atienden el teléfono
