Dr Heins and his team are incredibly dedicated and take time with your pets. We have taken our pets to him for over 20 years, and on six sad occasions, the most recent being a few days ago, he is incredibly compassionate.

It's a one man show. Long waits and front desk confusion. The Dr. Is zoned in. Fast talker. Maybe overworked. When I thought the worst of a pets condition, it wasn't due to his knowledge.

When we moved I started going to a closer vet because my dog was prone to carsickness. But when she had a more serious problem, I chose to take her to the best--Dr. Heins and his team of compassionate techs. In retrospect, I wish we'd never stopped. Dr. Heins' deep love and respect for animals is abundantly clear. Thank you for many years of quality care!
