The Dr.'s and Staff at Willowbrook are fantastic! Dr. Donovan has really helped us navigate a difficult health situation with our pup. He is thorough and displays great care and compassion. As does everyone, thank you Willowbrook team!

I had further follow ups and I cannot explain how horrible my JJ and I were treated. First, I waited two weeks for an appointment. When I arrived, someone next to me brought in a mouse to be euthanized (the person explained to me that she called in last minute). Now Dr. comes out and said he got an emergency so he could not see me. I said I would wait, he became angry and said see another one of my staff. I did not want to do that. Dr. J saw me and spent 5 minutes with me and would not even listen to the tape he asked me to bring in on his breathing. He left the room abruptly and his staff asked him to return to listen to the tape. I heard him say I heard that dog breath before. He then came in and I asked him to listen to his heart since he said he had a heart murmer in the past and had put my dog on meds. He now says it is gone and I can thank him for that (other vets told me murmurs don't disappear) and without even opening the dogs mouth said well now you can have a shunt put in for the dog and I will do the surgery. I said before you told me that my JJ was not a candidate and now he is? He has never done that surgery and it would be well over $5K. He left the room without finishing the exam so the assistant said I guess you can leave and I did. On my way out, he said maybe he could benefit from antibiotics and said get a script out front. I was crying and left - they wanted me to pay for the visit but he never finished. I left and was never coming back. I wanted my records and they would not provide. Finally I had to write to the Vet Board who demanded they give to me - 3 weeks later they did. In the meantime my dog is almost not breathing. I wasn't going to write anything but just felt compelled when I went to someone to get my hair cut and expressed the lies this dr tells. Her dog they said had a tick and it did not and they wanted to run all tests. She took her dog somewhere else and they laughed. I went to another dr. and was told no Dr. could not see a trachea by looking in the dogs throat as Dr. J said he saw. In summary what a total waste of $ with this Dr. Now I wanted my scripts transferred and they would not either (they charge so much more for their scripts) and finally after two weeks that was done. They put on a good show but it is all about $. This dr. should be ashamed of his behavior. He knew he was wrong and that is why he left a message that he was sorry after waiting two weeks, he did not see my dog. never did he say I will take time and let me help you.

Brought my German shepherd who was never there for a visit when he couldn’t walk or get up, lethargic….Dr John claimed it was arthritis and see a specialist, no blood work was done, not even temperature was taken. We were rushed out after an xray of front paws…. sadly, my dog declined further the following day, and we brought him back to see Dr. O and Larissa were amazing! He did bloodwork, Took his temperature, and x-rays of the whole body, where he found A few issues, including a very high temperature. My dog died of cancer not arthritis The following day
