Hoy cumple un an̈o de la perdida de mi perrita Maltese es importante decir que la experiancia fue terrible ,ya que yo fui a un examen de sangre porque estaba haciendo diarrea y mi sorpresa fue que le sacaban de la garganta la sangre con una geringa lo hicieron tanta veces que salio una bola inflamacion tan grande que murio ese dia en casa y el vet empeso a decir que era un cancer la bola de la nada. Cuando nunca tenia nada en la garganta es decir esa pelota Algo hicieron mal

The records were wrong. They gave a rabies shot after a year.Despite us telling them the dog's already had their rabies shot. We scheduled the appointment to get checked out for a food prescriptionWe go through the whole visit, and they never gave us the food prescription. And then they charged us to give us the prescription, they have really gone downhill. Unfortunately

Wish I can make it zero stars. I normally try not to make negative reviews but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Glen Manor Veterinary Hospital. Back in June, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog to sleep. While the veterinarian who performed the procedure was kind and compassionate, the experience with the front desk staff was absolutely awful. The people working at the desk were extremely rude, unsympathetic, and abrupt during one of the hardest moments of my life. There was no empathy or compassion shown, which made an already painful day feel even worse. I had also requested paw prints as a keepsake. I was told they would take care of it, but they ended up sending them to the wrong address. When I called to follow up, I was told it had been sent incorrectly and that there was basically nothing they could do about it. For something so sentimental and irreplaceable, this was devastating. The vet themselves was nice, but the staff at the front desk left such a negative impression that I could never recommend this place to anyone who is looking for genuine compassion and care during such difficult times
