Dr. Rashid seen my Jardine parrot who had difficulty walking. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He is now on the road to recovery!!! Thank you!

If you care about your pet do not take them to this so called vet absolutely horrible service took my cat here twice for tests before surgery spent hundreds of dollars and finally on the surgery day while dropping of my cat my wife asked the receptionist how much the surgery is going to cost she responded I don’t know we will tell you afterwards my wife insisted to know approximate price before leaving the cat there receptionist said ok doctor will send you an invoice before proceeding so we received an email with the invoice in the amount of $367 which we agreed to then couple of hours later received a phone call saying that the doctor made a mistake we sent you a new invoice in the amount of $530 I asked what was the mistake she said they made a mistake in cats sex since it’s a female it costs more my question is since Dr Rasheed can’t tell the sex of an animal after performing two tests should he be handling my cat and I also asked the receptionist since you sent me first invoice that I agreed to would you honor that she said no I said ok I’ll come get my cat and I’m going to give you a review on this matter to which she replied ok as I don’t care. Picked up my cat her belly shaved and in distress full of fear. Stay as far away as possible from this rude attitude personnel
