Veterinarias were ok. My female dog had dental procedure done. The care was ok. As for the front desk (Jocelyn) claimed supervisor; she was very rude,inconsistent and inconsiderate, unprofessional and combative personality due to their own internal scheduling issues. Resulted in me having to cancel a follow up appointment for my dogs dental procedure as well as a future surgery for my dog.

We have been taking our animals here for decades. It used to be really great but since they are now operated by VCA they have stopped doing weekend hours which is utterly confounding. We're looking into finding another animal hospital. Update: As of March 16th 2023, still no weekend hours.

From the very first moment, Dr. Gannon and the entire team at VCA Ho-Ho-Kus were extraordinary. Dr. Gannon was not only clinically thorough, but deeply human in the way she cared for us and for Jersey. She took the time to explain what we were facing, answered questions with patience and honesty, and never once made us feel rushed or dismissed during an incredibly emotional time. What truly set her and her staff apart, however, was their relentless advocacy. Knowing the seriousness of Jersey’s condition and the limited window we might be facing, they went above and beyond to help us identify and coordinate with specialty and referral centers that could see Jersey on very short notice. Sister brought a cat with large visible hernia for a check up and forgot to mention it, the physician failed to do a full checkup since the hernia was not seen or addressed and it is VERY obvious
