What a terrible human being that Judy Glogau is. She should not be there. She is cruel and uncaring. She should be fired. We had made appointment to have our crippled older dog put down. It was after many months of care but we could see he was not doing well. It was a very major and emotional decision. He is a big dog and we didn't want his last moments to be of fear at the vets. We wanted him to just go for a car ride. We were told to let them know when we arrived and a vet would come to the car and do it there. We were told to go around back and the vet would be out. What came out was a person unable to fit in the car to do her job. She wanted us to put this big dog on a skinny rolling cart, bounch him across the drive and take him into the building. Everything we were told would not happen. Everything we did not want to do to him. She was mouthy , uncaring and unfit to treat any living creature. No one in our family will ever return to this terrible place and we will be sure to let others know how terrible this person is. There is not one good thing I can say about this terrible experience except we have learned where not to go ever again. Get rid of her.

Charlie and Derrick were cared for and treated with above and beyond kindness.We have needed to take Charlie in more often recently and they are always great with him!He has quite the large personality; but, he did a great job with the vet tech and with Dr. Navarro. He didn’t bite anyone and typically that is the norm for Charlie to growl, bite and swipe at you when you try to pet him from halfway down his back down on to his tail. He maybe gave a small growl; to me he behaved like an angel. Dr. Navarro is wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. I totally appreciate their time and expertise while caring for both of our floofs:-D!
