Very nice interior layout, convenient location, outside areas are clean and welcoming, doctors are kind and knowledgeable, front desk staff is very efficient and professional. Their lobby area during my visit had a mild odor, but nothing egregious or unexpected for a veterinary clinic.

I’m very disappointed with the post-operative care my dog, Benito, received. On Jan 13, Benito had surgery to remove growths from his eyelid and ear. Within 24 hours, he stopped eating and drinking, cried constantly, and developed diarrhea. I called the office and was advised to let him eat treats and drink water. No exam was recommended. By Jan 15, his ear had a strong odor with discharge, and he was clearly in pain, crying and scratching. I contacted the office again but was still not asked to bring him in. No instructions to even clean his ears. They said to just keep giving him the meds. On Jan 16, Benito had bloody stool and worsening symptoms. I was told to pick up probiotics and food. That night, he developed labored breathing and severe distress, so I rushed him to an emergency hospital. At the ER, he was diagnosed with a fever and double ear infection and treated immediately. Benito is recovering now because of the ER care. I wish an earlier in-person evaluation had been recommended to prevent days of unnecessary suffering. Beware!
