Had to rush our cat Raven there, because she wasn't feeling good. The Dr., the staff were amazing. Especially they front desk girls! 😊 High recommend them.

Staff is excellent! Amazing staff ! They care about your pets health ! I would recommend this place to anyone that has a pet ! Very loving Great Doctor ! Did surgery on my little Chihuahua ! Excellent ! Amazing

I've had a number of bad experiences here, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were having an off day, but after being treated poorly too many times, I've decided to take my dog elsewhere. First, the Dr reprimanded me over the phone when asking for medication refills saying "you need to make sure you're asking for the right medications" when I'm positive I did as my dog has been on them for years. Perhaps he wasn't listening or got confused himself. Regardless, it was the wrong tone to a patient. During another visit Dr Markowitz wasn't listening to me, interrupted me to talk to the tech, and dismissed my concerns saying he felt what was happening to my dog was perfectly normal age-related changes. After visiting a specialist, we learned it was not normal age-related changes and was far more serious. Had I not listened to my gut, things could have gotten significantly worse. During yet another visit, I began to get the impression he was trying to get rid of me as a patient pawning me off to a specialist for what seems relatively common dental work. It became clear to me that this clinic was not capable of tending to my dog's needs. For basic care, shots, etc they're fine. But if your pet has needs that exceed that basic care, I recommend elsewhere.
