Absolutely amazing vet clinic. My family and I have been a client for over 25 years. The veterinarians are great! It has a homey feel and all the staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. They have easy to make appointments and are always on time. The doctors spend time explaining to pet parents results on tests, thorough exams and are so kind to all the pets and pet parents. My cat DG Loves everyone there.

My dog needed a cyst removed as well as a lipoma. The surgical laceration was enormous, I don't know why. She was picked up after the surgery with no pain medication and no offer of a cone to prevent self trauma. We had to call them to request what should have been routine dispensing of pain medication. And upon return with a very weak dog in the car, no offer or mention of a cone. Needless to say, the dog licked away her stitches resulting in a 2.5 hour visit to Urgent Care on Sunday night. In addition to $400 to treat her urgently. I called and left a voicemail expressing my concern, fear and upset regarding the dog's treatment. I received no response on Monday, when I called AGAIN and was told "Shannon left for the day". No questions about the dogs well being or anything we're asked. I asked for the doctor to call me back. No call back. Got a call on Wednesday from "Shannon" who informed me she felt the message was "hot" and was "waiting" to call me back. No questions about the dog, just defensive comments that the "notes say prevent self trauma" and that "my son didn't listen and that I wasn't there for the pick up". Lol. My son loves this dog more than me, so he would have been paying extremely close attention. Especially since I was paying the $950.00 bill! I communicated to her my upset as a client and my worry about the dog. She never a asked how the dog was OR apologized. Her solution was to inform me she "would be be sending the records in the mail" and then hung up. DO NOT use this Vet. The unprofessional and apathetic staff will put your animal(s) in danger. UPDATE: IN TERMS OF THE "factually incorrect claims" What are they? Everything here is accurate. I have the paperwork as well, Doc Levin.

Finest most courteous staff. Is very very professional. On top of everything else they're actually our neighbor. And they couldn't be finer people. Proud to know them.
