This veterinary office truly shows so much care and compassion to animals — and to the people who love them. Every time I walk in, I know my pets are in good hands. Dr. Grant is the best. His dedication, knowledge, and kindness toward animals truly stand out, and I’m so grateful for the care he provides. The vet techs here are truly amazing. They take such incredible care of my babies every single time we visit. You can tell they genuinely love animals and treat them like their own. They are always gentle, patient, and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure my pets feel safe and comfortable. I trust them completely with my animals, and that peace of mind means everything to me. The girls at the front desk are absolutely amazing. They are always kind, patient, and welcoming, no matter how busy things get. They go out of their way to help, answer questions, and make stressful situations feel a little easier. You can tell they genuinely care about every animal and every person who walks through the door. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do each and every day!

Horrible experience. First few times were okay.. but March 14th my boyfriend took out female cat to a “clearance appointment” before she could get spayed. at that appointment one of the unpleasant ladies at the desk gave him a spay form estimate sheet for pricing. it was also stated to my boyfriend that the total would not exceed this amount. the total on that sheet was $289.50.. but today when i dropped my cat off, the lady told me $355. okay. than i called when i got home just to double check and make sure she didn’t make a mistake, but now my total is $393?? very strange. so after being on hold for about 10 minutes while they scrambled for an excuse, i spoke with one of the doctors and he had told me to send him a picture of the estimate paper, and i did.. the paper was dated for 2022. he than told me he would match the price on the paper.. when i got to the vet just now to get my cat, the doctor who i spoke with on the phone pulled me into a room to go over the discharge instructions.. but then he starts talking to me like a child, “well, your cat is only 7 months old” yea i know she’s my cat? “well than there’s no way for you to have this paper.” and honestly all i had to say was give me my cat and let me get the hell out of here. i’m beyond pissed. don’t blame a coustomer for distracted and disorganized employees.

Everyone was great ! When no other vet could help my dog locally, this veterinarian could ! Very knowledgeable, very patient. And great price !

Dr DeLorenzo takes her time and tried to get to the bottom of the problem, without making you refinance your home! She's fair and truly cares!
