I brought Tazzy my male cat in because he possibly had kidney stones they made the time to see him and I am truly grateful the care he received was outstanding from the staff and the doctor They made Tazzy very confertable

Its one of those offices where they just try to add as much to your invoice as possible to nickel and dime you into a large bill. The doctor's medicine tactics and knowledge match the office aesthetic old, dusty and non progressive 90s medicine. She's ok for simple run of the mill issues. After a few years of coming here (always for easy care, I'd notice things during visits but never enough to find a new vet) the final straw was them suddenly deciding i could not come back into the office without a rabies vaccine to pick up a simple prozac prescription for my cat. I understand the law fully. I am NOT anti vaccine but they REFUSED care for the KNOWN issue they were ALREADY treating! You can't just delay care suddenly when you feel fit to strong arm clients into purchasing a rabies vaccine in your office. I would've happily gottten it done at the next rabies clinic in town for free. I requested my cat's records and they fired me as a client for being "Abusive" aka pushing back and calling them out for their billing methods. You must comply, no questions asked or you can't be their client anymore and don't highlight these inconsistencies to staff with your questions either! 🧑‍⚖️ I had an appointment online with prescription for gabapentin AND trazadone for my cat by the time they emailed me to fire me as a client 😂 There are so many options now as a pet owner. Don't get trapped in these kind of vet places that prey on your love for your pet.

Our experience was really bad. The information they provide on phone and the information we get when we arrived are 2 different things. Also even after sharing all details they don’t check it. There is no proper system felt like the vet was least interested to talk. They keep adding stuff to the bill without consulting and felt like nobody is interested to even check the pet. It felt like they just explained a bunch of stuff but didn’t check my pet once.
