I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding pricing at this facility. I was provided a specific quote for my dog’s care, calling 3 times prior only to have the price changed significantly after the fact, increasing the pricing by $100 at the time of the visit. As a professional who deals with financial accuracy daily, I find their billing practices to be disorganized at best and deceptive at worst. When you are already stressed about your pet’s health, the last thing you need is a "bait-and-switch" on the bill. I will be looking for a more reliable hospital that honors its word and its estimates. Update: Upon informing management, no acknowledgement of wrongdoing or action was taken, just excuses of how 4 staff members misread the chart. Completely unacceptable.

The staff was friendly, patient and kind. I am a new puppy owner and they took the time to educate me, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
