Dr. Raj has been taking care of all of our dogs for years — Rico, Max, Mia, and even our dog Asia before them. We’ve been coming to him for about 10 years, and he has always been an amazing veterinarian. He even helped save Asia, which we’ll never forget. He’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the animals he treats. The staff is also wonderful and always welcoming, especially the Portuguese lady and the rest of the team. We highly recommend Dr. Raj and his office to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy vet.

I arrived for my appointment two minutes before the scheduled time and waited at the front desk for over five minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. Upon entering, it was immediately apparent that the facility was undergoing major construction. In my opinion, the clinic should temporarily close during renovations, as the constant noise, interruptions, and overall environment are clearly stressful for animals, owners, and staff alike. I was taken to an exam room located in the middle of what felt like complete chaos. At one point, the door to a surgery room was left open while a procedure was actively being performed. I was then left waiting with my cat for a doctor to come in, but one never came in. The staff moved between patients in a loud, disorganized environment. Then a tech came in and took my cat for bloodwork, which appeared to be conducted in an open area amid construction activity and general disorganization. While waiting, I overheard employees discussing that the test results were unavailable due to equipment malfunction, yet no one initially informed me directly. Eventually, a staff member entered the room and asked if I could return another day. When I explained that returning would not be possible and expressed disappointment that the services I came in for could not be completed, I felt dismissed rather than accommodated. Additionally, while on the phone with technical support regarding my cat’s bloodwork, the employee repeatedly asked staff members for my cat’s name and appeared unable to keep track of basic patient information. At that point, I no longer felt confident in the professionalism or organization of the clinic. I requested my records, left the appointment, and will not be returning. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider the current conditions of this facility before entrusting them with their pets’ care.

Faith Veterinary Clinic has been an absolute blessing for me and my pets and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with their care. From the very first visit the entire team made both me and my animals feel completely at ease with their calm and compassionate approach. The veterinarians are thorough knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything clearly so you never feel left in the dark. You can genuinely feel how much every single person here loves animals and that makes all the difference in the world. This clinic is a place you can trust completely and that kind of peace of mind is truly priceless.

My senior dog woke up and would not stand or eat. I didnt have an appointment but I showed up and explained what was going on. Two young women came out with a stretcher and we got him inside. The male vet (dont know his name) examined Myles and explained my options. He was honest but with empathy. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. When it was time to leave the 2 young women helped me get Myles in my car. Myles is doing better and we were back home in about 2 hours. Brielle and Olivia were the women helping me get a heavy limp dog out of the car One of them crawled into the middle seat near Myles and got him on the stretcher...im pretty sure that's not in her job description! Thank you so much for helping, im so appreciative. Thank you for treating my dog with such love and compassion. The whole staff is always amazing. They helped maked a scary morning a better morning!
