UNSAFE, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. The veterinarian (a male) was dismissive and interrupted me while I was speaking, in very bad tone without reason. The assistants handled my cat in a way that caused her distress and appeared unprofessional, including whispering during the visit and ignoring questions. They did not attempt to be nice to my cats or put the injections they charged me for. They made me and my cat feel like we were a problem for asking for a service. They told my cat to “shut up”. I was told my cat was fine, yet three days later she required emergency surgery for a uterine infection and was found to be anemic—issues that were not communicated to me despite paying for bloodwork and feces testing. If he would have recommended me more work or alert me of these issues, I would have avoided a life threatening situation to my cat. I was also charged for an IV and injection, that were not properly administered or explained. Very high bill as well, just to get out of there with an anxious cat and terrible service. Everyone was extremely unfriendly except the reception lady, which is the only one who acted like a normal person. This place is the last place on earth to take your per if you love them for real. Avoid all costs.

Terrible experience. I waited almost 2 hours to see the vet. And there was only 1 person ahead of me. Waited an hour in the lobby and then an hour in the exam room. No explanation, no follow up. No apology when the vet arrived. Vet did not answer my questions and was condescending. Tried to up charge me services that were objectively not needed. Would not recommend at all.
