This is the kind of veterinary care I didn’t know existed. For 16 years, my dog never got the compassion he truly deserved—most vet offices felt cold and impersonal. Near the end of his life, I reached out here. Even though we weren’t patients, they listened, offered advice, and followed up to check on him. When it was time, I brought him in. I was sitting on the floor with my dog, and Dr. Simon came in and sat down on the floor next to us. She immediately showed more empathy and attention than any vet I’ve ever met. She teared up and wanted to hear all about his life. We laughed, we cried, and I left heartbroken—but deeply grateful.

Dr. Simon is a delight to work with. Unlike other professionals in the area, she takes her time to explain throughly and in detail any issue she noticed with my dog. Within days from the examination, we noticed huge progress! Both Georgia(my dog) and I are extremely grateful. THANK U!
