I recently had an excellent experience at the vet, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and service we received. Jane, the front desk receptionist, truly stands out with her warm personality and kindness. Even though we moved quite far away, her exceptional customer service made us want to keep coming back. She saved us as clients with her genuine approach and welcoming demeanor. Dr. Pensabne was also fantastic in taking care of our Charlie during his last procedure. The thoroughness and compassion shown by the entire team reassured us that our 4 years old cavapoo was in great hands. THANK YOU❤️

I highly recommend VCA old tappan vet . Office Staff and tech is very friendly and caring. Dr Kenny our vet is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She’s been the best for our dog Bailey in happy and also very difficult times! She is very experienced and thorough and always diagnose our issues efficiently and able to provide helpful recovery solutions. Bailey loves meeting her ! Thank you Dr. Kenny !!

This is the best most compassionate Veterinary Hospital in Bergen County!! They helped us with our little Phoebe get through a very difficult time! I don’t think we could have done it without them! Unbelievable care! Thank you ♥️
