If I could put zero stars, I would. It's time for a story about how much Rothman "cares". My mom brought her littlest blessing to Rothman for a check up. He was literally knocking on death's door when he was brought to her home. His previous owner couldn't care for him and my mom opened up her heart and home for this little guy. She bathed him, fed him and cared for him like a little pampered pooch. He loved it. We could tell he had been through some traumatic events but he was slowly adapting to a safe and loving home. Yesterday, during a routine Rothman visit, my Mom was made aware from staff that her precious dog had a chip and went by the name of Juice. This was all she was given. Not even a chance to say goodbye, which was the hardest to accept. The whole house has felt this loss. We will never forgive Rothman for the unforseen heartache they have caused us. Our other dog hasn't been the same. She is lost without her little friend. I know that dogs go missing all the time and there are hidden chips providing them a pathway back home. We respect that. Just let us say goodbye. That's all we wanted. How could they be so heartless. 🥺💔

Friendly, competent staff, always eager to greet our dogs when they come in. Vet care compassionate, honest & up to date. We have taken our beloved dogs here for years, through many ups & downs & have always appreciated the vets & staff. Thank you to all & we love you! Jeff & Linda W.
