I love the service they provided for two of my cases; they dedicate their time to me, explain things clearly, and are very friendly. He is an excellent veterinarian who has a great deal of patience with pets.

Read a story online for a pitbull name blue and heard how you guys handled everything . At some point when you pick a profession you need to be more humane and maybe go beyond for people going through a hard time . Money is deff the root of all evil but sometimes not all money blesses you further . If I was that vet I would have done everything in my power, but u was so money driven you lack of professionalism showed

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received today. The dr was very rude and dismissive. My dog got hit by a car and yes I went there cuz it was closer to go and his back legs have cuts and a gash on one of his legs.We waited with no problem. After waiting for 2 hours nobody mentions payments or anything the dr comes in and say the price and say if I can't pay it then he can't help me then to leave .I never had a problem with the payment. We stayed cuz I was already there for 2 whole hours. I pay he do the X-rays and say he THINKS it's a fracture etc etc and he can't do anything. He didn't even try cleaning my dog cuts. Or anything ! Jus X-rays and said to see an ortho to confirm if it is a fracture and to see what they think. He could have atleast even cleaned my dog cuts or give something for pain. Literally nothing. I told him if I was a guy he would not have the same attitude or demeanor cuz he know a man will give him the same attitude and go off. I felt dismissed and rushed once the dr came in the rm. I took my dog to the ER Vet. They was even wondering how did I leave this vet without any pain meds or antibiotics. The ER Vet don't even know how this hospital took X-rays without even sedating him with the amount of pain he's in. This place is all about money and not the care of your animal. The Er Vet in Woodbridge GSVS don't even understand how his wounds weren't even treated or cleaned. I would never come here again.
