Not happy with the care I received when I brought my dog to emergency.doctor did not listen to my concerns, prescribed wrong meds. Which caused my dog discomfort and stopped eating...$ 689.00. I had to return 4 days later. The vet listened to my concerns,checked his chart,pulled blood and found slight infection in mouth from previous surgery. This is the concern I presented to the vet when I came for emergency. Emergency vet was dr. Singh,I found him to be arrogant and did not take into account my concern about the mouth. Instead treated my dog for parasites.

Had emergency at 2 am that couldn't wait until our usual vet opened and harmony answered our call and we're ready to go once we got there. It's understandable why it's a priced high but I'm fortunate enough to have help with the bills. Very expensive but they are the only emergency vet in my area and they helped my boy and staff was very kind. Great communication and will come back for emergencies.

all I'll say is, all the 1 star reviews are pretty accurate to what takes place at Harmony on a daily basis. find a better vet for your babies.

My overall experience has been really good. My cat was seen by Dr. Keefe and Dr. Epple, who are very patient and knowledgeable. Last year, my cat was basically on his death bed and the other vets we went to couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After months of trying different vets, Harmony Animal Hospital diagnosed him with IBD and it completely turned his life around. Now this past week, he had an infection and also started this behavior I’ve never seen - walking backwards and falling back on his hind legs. He saw Dr. Keefe earlier in the day and when I brought him home, his strange behavior started again but worse. Dr. Keefe was already driving away from the vet and turned around to see my cat again. The next evening, I called them because I had MANY questions since I have never seen him do this before. Dr. Epple spoke with me for about 20 minutes to answer my questions and ease my anxiety with all of this. Now that we are a few days out, he has significantly improved and hasn’t displayed the backwards walking. My only reasoning for taking away a star is the cost. I will spend whatever it takes to help my cat; however, the price I ended up paying was significantly higher than the high-end range I was quoted. I was quoted $371 but it ended up being $573. The quote has a disclaimer that the actual cost can vary by 20-30% but this is a 42% increase. Again, I will pay whatever to help my cat. I just wish they called me prior to changing the treatment plan to inform me of such a high increase.
