We are so glad we switched to this practice a few years ago. Dr.John is the best vet we’ve seen for our dog. They have always been able to see her even in emergency situations and we trust she’s truly in the best hands every time we bring her in.

Best Animal Hospital and Vet I’ve ever gone to. Unfortunately my long time best friend Brutus had to be put down. I travelled down to Tri-County on advice from a close friend n was blown away by the hospitality they showed. They were so accommodating n polite n respectful with everything to do with my boy. Brutus was a staffordshire terrier (pitbull) n at some vets, they look at pit owners like we are trash, not John n his staff. They couldn’t have been nicer to me and my significant other. I highly recommend the crew at Tri County Animal for all of your animal needs. They made a customer 4 life in me. 🙏

Terrible customer service and communication. They called to confirm my dogs appointment and provided the wrong date and time. Wife said this new date and time didn’t work so they cancelled the appointment for the correct day and time. .
