This is by far THE WORST vet I’ve ever been to and the only good thing about this place is the price. I’ve been here on two separate occasions for my cats vaccinations and both times the techs were incredibly rude and unprofessional. During my first visit I let it be known to the vet and assistant that my cat carrier was on the way but was not delivered so I let my cat stay in my purse where the tech said next time the purse isn’t allowed and she needs to be in a carrier which I understand and already stated that her carrier hasn’t arrived so that just felt like she was trying to embarrass/shame me for not having the proper carrier even tho it was already stated to be on the way. I was not even able to attend my second visit for vaccinations because I was rushing out of work and called to let the vet know that I was indeed on my way but would be running just a minute or two behind and whoever answered the phone very rudely stated that they cannot attend me and I would have to reschedule since I’d be considered late. I understand that being late is my problem but not having any grace is utterly ridiculous and disappointing especially while im trying to be transparent. The lack of understanding and consideration this company displays is disgusting and unpleasant.

I took my puppy for his rabbies shot and it was so quick. No waiting. The techs were wonderful and it was so much cheaper and a much better experience than a vet visit.
