When I took my dog here for his first exam, I forgot his previous medical records. Geniece was very helpful with retrieving his records for me. She was very nice and pleasant. Her and the doctor were very considerate about how far I lived from there especially when booking my puppy's next appointment, and that meant a lot to me. Every time that I've called there the rest of the staff have been very kind as well. I will continue to speak highly of Sayrebrook.

My experience is always pleasant at Sayrebrook. Yesterday, I brought her in for a recheck of her ears and her Lyme/Lepto vaccine. Cocoa is such a sweet, mild-tempered dog. But, she gets nervous whenever she enters the vet. Already aware of her nervousness and that she is a bulldog (very sensitive to hot temperatures), Dr. Toolen told the front desk to have an exam room with a mini-fan to keep her cool and as calm as possible. Despite Cocoa's resistance initially, Dr. Toolen and Lyndsay were able to examine Cocoa and treat her appropriately with no issues. I could tell Cocoa was at ease after a few minutes into the exam. I know it's not always easy to deal with a dog who is a bit anxious. But, Dr. Toolen and her team (yesterday it was Lyndsay, who was so calm and reassuring) always do a great job!!!

Amazing experience Dr.Toolen and the staff are very caring they took the time to listen and did not feel rushed. So happy I found this place after a year of my cat having issues we finally have answers and are noticing positive changes in her.
