Just went for a visit for my new puppy he was well taken care of I have been going to Bethel Mill Animal Hospital for at least 30 years and I have never had any kind of problem there I would recommend it to anyone who asked me a great place very friendly , helpful and great with the animals thank you all so much for what you do Sincerely Sharon Senteneri

Dr. Flack is an amazing veterinarian. She is dedicated to her patients and to their parents . She is extremely knowledgeable and if she is ever finds herself needing more information about a topic she will research until she knows . We have never met anyone else like her . To reiterate: AMAZING PERSON . We are so so lucky to have her on our side for the last 30 years . Tamara

I recently switched veterinarians and so happy an pleased that I did. All of the staff and doctors are so caring, compassionate and patient with everyone. I like walking into a medical office being treated with care and not have staff turnovers all the time! Lots of consistency!❣️

I took my dog in for an emergency appointment because of a broken nail. I made the mistake of leaving my husband alone with the dog, and trusting the veterinarians there to care for her because I had a previous engagement. I was charged for vaccines that I specifically requested they did not give her, and they did nothing to help her injury. This is an injury that she has had before, and it has been treated appropriately by other veterinarians, but apparently this office was not willing to help her. When I called to question why my dog was in the same condition she was when I left her with them, I was told I was unaware of the anatomy of a dog and had no idea what I was talking about. Then to add insult to injury the staff was more concerned with my opinion of the veterinarian than my dogs care. A month later they are refusing to fill a prescription that my dog needs online. Now the only way I can get that prescription for my dog is to go to another vet and pay for another annual exam because they refuse to fill it since I made it clear, I don't plan on trusting my dog in their care moving forward. I do not recommend this office. Their concerns are more with everybody in the office's feelings, than your animal's care and well-being. There are about six other veterinarians within the same distance of my house as this office and I chose them based off of the reviews. Be careful what you believe.
