Imani and Dr. B are the most compassionate people on the planet. They took care of my cat so well and made him so comfortable and I can’t thank them enough. This is by far the best vet experience I’ve ever had with my cats. Thank you for all you do Plainfield animal Hospital.

Avoid this vet if you have a dog larger than 20lbs. No proper exam room set up for any large dogs. Doctor and nurse will corner your dog under a table in order to exam him. Just left, my dog was not comfortable with the lay out. I’d be nervous too , strangers hovering over you under a table. Why are the exam tables like that? Usually vets have those wide open rooms with the metal exam tables that Lower and rise. Nurses are afraid to hold dog properly, failed to get a good inspection because they’re too scared to get bit. My dog doesn’t bite. He was just nervous. Lady barely held him , held his head , why not his whole body comfortably?. Staff looks like a sloppy mess, food all over their clothes not even in uniforms either. They look unclean. I imagine the back isn’t clean. Energy in there was off. Bad vibes. Just go somewhere else take my word.

0/10. Scheduled an appt as a new visitor and had trouble finding the office. Called the office to let them know i would be 13 minutes late and was told that is 3 minutes past their 10min deadline and my cat would not be seen. That I could still try to get there but if later than 10 mins she couldn’t be seen. I would’ve had no problem waiting considering i was the one late but it was just a “no she won’t be seen”. No understanding, no care or really effort to make it work which i find ridiculous since it was a new pet that needed care. Of course they would be keeping my $25 deposit though, even if i rescheduled, which she didnt even offer me. Shows that the money is more important than pet care. Extremely disappointing.
