I can’t say enough about the staff at Peticote. ALL of them. We’ve been there for everything - including a broken dog leg and a super scary emergency spay. Sadie was 12, and acting off. They got her in to be seen in 30 minutes, performed an emergency spay, and saved her life. She’s like a new dog again - she hasn’t been this active in YEARS. The techs and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and VERY empathetic. When I was handing Sadie over to be whisked away into emergency surgery we didn’t even know would work, the tech said “do you need a few minutes?” I did. I needed all the minutes in case I never got her back. He gave me all the minutes. I got her back a few hours later, and within 2 days, she was her wonderful self again. You can barely see the scar! Dr. Jeanette is ACES. They’re so compassionate and kind, and work with you on every level. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The ENTIRE staff was pleasant and very welcoming. This was my first time going to a vet and they talked me through everything and explained throughly what was being done and what’s expected. They suggested for me to try some products based off of the few concerns I had about my frenchie but explained to me that these products can be found on Amazon before telling me they sold them in house. I feel like most places try to pressure you into purchasing the product from them instead of outside sources so because of this I purchased the product from them. I cannot wait to go back and continue care here because I know my girl is in good hands!
