Friendly open , examined my cat with care and for me the best part is they kept my cat in the room to take blood , gives shots and cut nails. I like to know what’s happening to my animal.

Our visit to Highlands Vet yesterday with Dr. Lindsay was truly phenomenal. Our Frenchie (Mo Mo) is usually very uncooperative during vet visits and requires heavy medication beforehand, along with a muzzle and cone for everyone’s safety. From the moment we arrived, the vet and technicians were incredibly understanding of his unique needs and handled him with so much patience, compassion, and care. Our fur baby was dealing with several issues, including an intestinal infection, an ear infection, and an infection on one of his back toes. Despite everything that needed to be done to help him feel better, the entire team took the time to explain every step thoroughly and clearly. They walked us through their findings in a way that was easy to understand, including possible complications, outcomes, and additional treatment options, all without making us feel overwhelmed or alarmed. He underwent x-rays, bloodwork, injections, IV fluids, and more, yet thanks to the gentle and thoughtful way he was handled, he never showed any signs of aggression. We spent nearly two hours there and never once felt rushed or like we were just another appointment on the schedule. Given how sick he was, we left feeling completely confident that he had received the absolute best care possible. Considering the circumstances, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We are so grateful to Dr. Lindsay and the entire team at Highlands Vet, and we will absolutely continue bringing our fur baby there because of the outstanding level of care and service they provide.
