If you love your pet, DO NOT EVER take them to see Dr. Gandler at Sterling Veterinary Associates in Stratford, NJ. Cookie was taken to the vet on 1/27/2025 to get checked out. She was lashing out at my mom and having other complications. This vet took my mom's money and told her that Cookie was completely healthy. I saw Cookie on 1/28/2025 and her stomach was distended, her legs weren't working properly and the lumps on her belly were just labeled as "fat packs". Im angry that I didn't push for her to go somewhere else because she is gone now. On 2/11/2025, my mom called that Cookie was not eating and was laying around not moving. She rushed Cookie to a vet urgent care where she was diagnosed with a severe infection due to endometriosis and most likely wouldn't survive. Within less than 24 hours, Cookie passed away. She was loved and cared for. She did not deserve that horrible ending to her life because of neglect from a person that was supposed to help her. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. Our hearts are broken and the more I think of it the angrier I am. I see good reviews for this company and maybe it's because my mom wasn't yt but Cookie deserved better.

Dr. Gandler, Crystal, and the entire staff at Sterling Vet are absolute angels. Although our old gal had to be put to sleep yesterday, we were wrapped in warmth and compassion the entire time. I cannot imagine going through such an experience anywhere else. We are so grateful for all this practice has done and continues to do for our family.
