Very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. We were simply asking about a service for the first time, and the woman assisting us was extremely hostile and dismissive in her responses. There was no sense of customer care or willingness to help—just short, cold answers that made it clear we were not welcome. It honestly felt like an inconvenience for them to even speak with us. Good customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately, this place completely lacks it. I would not recommend it based on this experience.

I called because my dog was having an emergency with a broken tooth. Front Desk was rude and stated she couldn’t see us until tomorrow at 6 and gave no help. Have never heard of a doctor that turns away in emergencies. Stated they were 45 mins from closing didn’t even ask what happened. She was irritated we even called her. Didn’t ask if we were regular clients and didn’t seem to care that we had been going for years and had a relationship with the doctor. Will never go back to somewhere that does not care for the wellbeing of their pets. I’m honestly disappointed by this response. At no point did I expect “preferential treatment”—I called because my dog had a visibly damaged tooth and was in distress, and I was looking for guidance, not to cut in front of anyone. What was upsetting was not being told you were busy or that it required scheduling—I completely understand that procedures like this take time and proper care. It was the tone and lack of concern during the call. No questions were asked about my dog’s condition, no reassurance was given, and it felt like my concern was dismissed from the start. If you were listening to the call, that was an opportunity to step in and provide basic guidance—such as reassuring me whether my dog was okay, what signs to watch for, or how to manage the situation until I could be seen. That kind of communication goes a long way for pet owners in stressful moments. Additionally, if there was truly a critical emergency happening at that moment, I would expect full attention to be on that patient—not monitoring a phone call. That makes the situation even more confusing from my perspective. If the recommendation was to go to an emergency hospital, that could have been communicated with empathy and clarity. As a pet owner, when something happens suddenly, you call your vet hoping for support or direction—not to feel like you’re inconveniencing someone. Also, I have no reason to “lie” about my experience. This was simply how the interaction came across to me, and I believe other pet owners deserve to know what to expect. I truly hope moving forward that concerns—whether or not they qualify as a “true emergency”—are met with more compassion and professionalism *I understand that not all situations qualify as emergencies, and I respect the need for proper scheduling and care. However, what was missing in this interaction was basic compassion and communication. As a pet owner, I wasn’t seeking special treatment—just guidance and reassurance during a stressful moment. I hope future clients are met with more empathy and professionalism in similar situations.*
