Dr. Banks and his staff are amazing. They have been our family Animal Hospital to for many years and for many pet issues.We are very grateful of the care we received . Every pet that they attended have been with professionalism and affordable. We had lost many of our beloved dogs in the past of old age and there is not any better place to say goodbye then here. With the most respect and professionalism. His staff are the best !

We use them for all 3 of our dogs and they are by far the most compassionate staff who truly care for their patients! They are also extremely fair with pricing and go above and beyond to work with what you can afford for your pet 🫶🏻

So rude! Dr Banks is an amazing Dr. ,but trying to make an appointment is unacceptable, called once was put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up, called back told lady my name and dogs name,not getting another word in to make an appointment she cut me off saying no longer accepting new animal patients and couldn't make an appointment to come in then hung up! I was in shock!! Looked around vineland area for an another vet called them got me in very quickly ,very polite on the phone, they are very compassionate with their work. If even last resource i wouldn't call Dr. Banks office.
