As someone who has trusted Banfield with my pets for over 10 years, I’m genuinely saddened by how much the customer service at the Watchung location has declined. What used to feel reliable and caring now feels frustrating and dismissive. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone or receive a response by email. And when someone finally does answer, I’m often placed on hold only to be disconnected. Today, I was hung up on three different times without a single callback or follow-up. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and called back each time thinking maybe the call dropped, but after the third time, it was hard not to feel completely disregarded. Sadly, this has been an ongoing issue for the past few years, not just a bad day or isolated incident. As a longtime customer, it’s disappointing to feel like loyalty means nothing. Because of these repeated experiences, I won’t be renewing my wellness plan and would recommend that new pet parents explore other veterinary options that prioritize communication and customer care.

Dr. Nardi is an exceptional caring person and vet. I have brought all my pets to him. It is so obvious that he loves caring for the pets and takes the time to share the information and care for my pets. I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Nardi for more than 7 years and zi highly recommend him for your pet.
