Wow, I’m so glad I found this place!!! They were so nice to me and my dog Gustav, they were very competent , we didn’t have to wait long at all, and I felt they were reasonably priced for an emergency Veterinarian, also everyone there was very nice. It gives me peace of mind to know that I can go right to Delta Veterinary in the future if Gustav Needs medical attention. ***********🐕‍🦺🐾👍

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I brought my dog in after she ate dark chocolate and was concerned about potential poisoning. The receptionist took our information and told me the veterinarian needed to contact poison control before determining the next steps. After waiting about 45 minutes, someone finally came to weigh my dog, but the veterinarian never examined her or spoke with me. After an hour of waiting, I asked for an update and was met with a rude response from the vet tech, who raised his voice and said the veterinarian was still on the phone with poison control and that there were many other animals to treat. The technician then came back into the room and said he was going to take the dog back to get an examination. Still the veterinarian had not spoken to me so why would I be comfortable giving the dog away after still not meeting the vet. I understand emergency clinics can be busy but I only saw one other dog our entire time being there. Waiting over an hour without even a basic examination or communication from the veterinarian was unacceptable. Due to the lack of care and the unprofessional attitude from the veterinary staff, I chose to take my dog elsewhere. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

Stay away at any cost. Extremely overpriced and very disappointing. I trusted this clinic to properly treat my cat, but I had to seek immediate care from another veterinarian. The second veterinarian informed me that my cat should have been treated differently and required corrective treatment. This resulted in additional expenses, unnecessary suffering for my cat, and significant stress. I expected competent care, but instead I left paying twice for the same problem..

We’ve now had to make 2 emergency visits and each time we’ve left feeling such relief. They are so patient and kind. And extremely reasonably priced!!! Happy they are so close by and now open 24/7.
