I've always had great experiences with the veterinarian and trust the care my pets receive, which is why this was disappointing. During my recent visit, the older receptionist with glasses and short blond hair discussed my dog's overdue vaccines loudly enough for the entire waiting room to hear. As in, yelled it across the room. Whether intentional or not, it felt embarrassing and unnecessarily public. Conversations about a pet's medical history should be handled more discreetly and respectfully. The veterinarian was wonderful, and this experience won't stop me from bringing my pets here, but I hope the practice considers being more mindful of client privacy at the front desk.

So happy they finally did away with the COVID restrictions. 5 years later!!! The amount of times we had to sit in the parking lot, while our old boy was being treated-breaks my heart. Love Dr. Decktor, and am so happy to see "THAT" one employee gone.
