I've never had a problem with Dr. Kass. He was always very professional, took his time and genuinely cared for my dogs. I had a bad experience where he hung up on me. I asked a question about my dog being sick again, when he had treated her with antibiotics twice within 4 months. He needs to retire.

The person on the phone which was a male is so inconsiderate. For this place being dedicated to attend animals and know that we as per owners love and care for our animals. He literally did not even want to hear me dismissed everything I was saying and hung up mid way. Wouldn’t think twice about considering someone who don’t have proper phone etiquette to handle my fur baby
