I have always been very picky when it comes to veterinarians but I could not be happier withy experience with Dr. Reddy. He got down on the floor with my (extremely) nervous pups, moved at THEIR pace, and earned their trust. He was incredibly gentle and his staff was excellent when it came to explaining next steps and appointments I would need. Willow, Bug, and I all recommend this facility.

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this establishment left a real sour taste. I adopted a dog from save the Satos... Great organization. When I got my dog, she came with a folder with all different types of fees that were from this establishment. This establishment works with the adoption place to help dogs get spayed and neutered. It covers the spay / neuter, but doesn't cover any of the $400+ pre-op requirements from this doc. On top of which the price sheet was completely inaccurate. I went to the worker of the establishment and they just told me that the owner of save that Satos just had the wrong form. Interestingly enough, that same front desk lady said this isn't the first time they've gotten this issue. So why don't you update your price sheet? Miscommunications do happen, but that's not where this ended. I get there and the doc was kinda off... Was more interested in talking to my dog then me. Didn't really make me feel at ease.Plus the fees after all over the place. They have a disposal fee of $15.? I get if there is fecal involved, but $15 to dispose of a few needles from getting shots or taking blood?. C'mon.. I even brought a needle disposal bin cause I work in medical and the doc called me a soon as I left trying to bs me as to why he changed that. For him down to $9, which is still way to much especially when I brought the bin. There were some other fees that were high so I asked if there's was anything to get it lower. "There's a new patient discount I could use,but we normally don't give it out". WHAT? I'm a new patient and all new patients should be given incentive to not only want to get spayed / neutered with this doctor but continue to come here. This place partnered with an adoption place to hopefully gain more clients. With this type of price gouging and inconsistent conversations between staff and clients, they aren't going up gain much more. Only thing I can say positive is the stitches healed really well..
