This is currently my second visit with my cat Tilly & so far it has been great! super affordable especially as a uni student! They very informative with pricing/billing information & are even more careful with the animals that come including my own, they are also very careful in studying & problem solving with different circumstances that you may be coming in for a visit while still being very price friendly. Along with their wellness/insurance plans are very affordable and do make a huge difference in yearly visits & surgeries as well, don’t have a health insurance for my cat but will soon!

I was not happy with my experience at this Banfield location. The front desk staff seemed distracted with side conversations and not fully attentive. I was asked if I wanted an additional service for my cat and I declined, but the service was still performed and I was charged for it, which felt like a result of inattentive communication. I also had to request my cat’s medication after it was not initially provided, even though I was charged for it. We left after X-rays without any explanation of results or when we would be contacted, and we were not given copies of any visit records or blood work. While the vet was good, the overall communication and organization were lacking. The staff’s interaction with pets felt very neutral, more like it was just a job than genuine care or warmth toward animals, which made me concerned about my cat’s comfort in their care. Overall, I was not impressed with this location.
