Booked over the phone for new visit for my rescue. Desk staff is very sweet and personable. Booked for 7PM on a Friday - got a text to confirm my 7:15 appt 🚩 showed up early (6:55) based on desk staff request due to documents needed to be scanned in from the shelter I rescued from. I entered a nearly empty waiting room - to have it flooded with people within 20 minutes. 🚩 I waited for at least 30 minutes before being told the doctor was delayed due to an emergency case coming in and I could reschedule. 🚩I declined as I had driven as long as the wait time for a scheduled appointment. Every.single.person. Who arrived after me, was seen before me regardless of their pets issue. My dog was finally called nearly 40 minutes past the appointment time. The visit itself lasted no more then 7 minutes; for a well visit. The cost for an office visit and for them to test a clear catch of urine and fecal was nearly $300. I waited longer than I was seen - pleasantries are great, but don’t make up for a brief and very expensive visit. I was called the next day with results, giardia and “We can mix a med and have you pick it up” I purchased the med online for $13. I’m sure there are locals who love this veterinary office. I’m going to keep looking.
