I’ve been bringing my cat to Red Roof Animal Hospital for almost 7 years now, and I’ve consistently had good experiences with Dr. Kim and the staff. What I appreciate most is that everyone is very genuine and takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, including treatment options and billing. I never feel rushed during appointments, and they’ve always been transparent and patient whenever I had questions. Recently, my cat had dental treatment that included two tooth extractions under anesthesia, which I was pretty nervous about. However, the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. The staff explained everything beforehand, kept me updated, and my cat recovered well afterward without any issues. The main reason I continue coming all the way from Queens is because I trust Dr. Kim and her team. It’s hard to find a vet office that feels both professional and approachable, and I’ve had consistently positive experiences here over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary team.

My elderly dog has been coming here since she was five years old, and she has always been taken care of so professionally and kindly. Dr. Kim has been absolutely wonderful throughout every stage of her life, always making sure she is comfortable, healthy, and well cared for. As she’s gotten older, it’s been so reassuring to have a doctor who is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She’s also been getting red light therapy here, and it has been helping her so much. The staff is always welcoming, and you can truly tell they care about the animals they treat. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Doctor Kim is a wonderful caring doctor. She is never in a hurry and explains things to you. Ed is also a great help with our dog as our dog is very nervous.

My daughter Somyi has been with Dr. Jaclyn Kim at Red Roof Vet since birth. Every visit, she greets us with a warm smile and provides clear, detailed explanations. Somyi feels comfortable and isn’t afraid of her shots. Not only is she happy, but we as owners also feel genuinely cared for. We’re always grateful for her kindness.

" Dr. Kim and her staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't feel pressure to make any prompt decisions but provided me with information and option to choose the best care for my dog. They even gave me a very generous size free sample for my dog's dental care.
