Excellent service and a dedicated team. Dr. Pham (one of 6 I believe) provides top-tier care, supported by a staff that is both efficient and incredibly accommodating.

The supervisor Jen E went above and beyond for me to make a difficult situation the best that it could be. My cat died suddenly Friday and was at another vet. Although, my cat wasn’t at VCA, she helped facilitate certain paperwork that had to get done and was so compassionate and understanding. She was very patient with me and I could hear how much she cared in her voice. Thank you Jen E for not only being great at your job, but for being an amazing human being. I cannot thank you enough. I will use VCA Freehold for all my future pets.

Words can’t express how amazing Dr. Stinson and her team are at VCA. Our dog Fluffy came in a month ago and she warned us that she may have oral cancer, which prepared us for the visit we had this weekend. Fluffy was struggling to breathe and when it was found her heart and major organs were surrounded by fluid, Dr. Stinson was very upfront with options, which included putting her down. Fluffy was almost 15 years old and though this wasn’t what we expected to happen, the fact that she cared more about her comfort over making money stood out. The process was so beyond kind and humane, it far outweighed other vets I have been to in the past. Making money is not how this office operates. Bet care is never cheap, but having doctors that actually care for your pets comfort above all else is what makes Freehold VCA stand out. Thank you from my boyfriend, Terence Katz, and myself for all you did for our sweet Fluffy.

Receptionists tend to be very kind and informative over the phone but unfortunately the doctors/management just want to suck your wallet DRY... Hopefully if you VALUE your pets you will go to another animal hospital first before contacting here... Since time is of the essence and you actually want to get an appointment booked in...! Not multiple that rinse you of your money...
