This time I must say very disappointed was put in a dirty room I walked out the room and waited in the waiting room not to mention the waiting room was smelling horrible! I had mention my dogs is bad with capsules if the antibiotic medication came in liquid she stated No! Who ever check me out she was working fast to go home. Well the next day I wasted three capsules I call the office. The front desk leader (manager) states yes it does come in liquid. I again had to drive to Banfield 30 from my house 🤦🏻‍♀️. It does not end here I get home look at the bottle do the math on the 3ml I have to give my dog for 10 Days goes what she did not give me enough 😡. Had to drive back on Monday another 30 minutes to pick up the other two bottles and to think she is the leader/manager to the front! I myself was not feeling well this was the first time I ever experienced this here horrible unacceptable. One thing I can say Dr Mozqueda is great!

By far my favorite Banfield location, I travel all the way from NY. All of the vets and staff are very kind, friendly, and organized. They’re always very gentle with my girl. The clinic is always very clean and well kept. During every visit I’ve had so far with my dog every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly, they were very informative when it came to my dogs health issues and as far as what they could see was wrong, what they could do, and what I can do to get further exams & tests done. Would totally recommend.
