This place is not what it used to be and after 13 years, we are moving to a new vet. The cost has gone up exorbitantly and we found they are often pushing unnecessary medications and appointments - even charging long time customers almost $100 for re-scheduling appointments on the day of the visit. I have experienced and have witnessed upselling additional tests and services that are not necessary. Maybe I am just jaded because we heard Dr. Luke lamenting to another patient that retiring to Long Island was more expensive then he anticipated.

They do not allow you to accompany your dog to the examination. No exceptions. And the vet is not reachable. Only the staff and they won’t ask for you because it’s an absolute no. They came recommended but the last time l let my dog go in without me my dog came home with a kennel cough.
