Dr. Davis was kind, warm, caring, professional, knowledgable and reassuring. She was gentle and clearly educated us while she examined my small elderly dog, with care. Also Kristen, the vet tech was also kind, warm, caring and professional. Despite the circumstances of seeing my Jaxson aging and hurting, I walked away knowing my dog was in caring hands and that he will be diagnosed and cared for in the future by this facility.

I highly recommend House Paws' services, both in the office and for home visits. Their staff is friendly, professional and patient. Their physical office in Mt Laurel is clean and organzied. Phone calls are promptly returned and office visits are scheduled to best meet the needs of the given situation. We chose HP because our cats did NOT travel well anywhere. It was stressful for them, and for us, to take them anywhere outside of our house. Dr. Joyce, helped us through the aging process with both our senior cats. She is calm, professional knowledgeable and so supportive. Thank you to Dr Scarlett as well for putting us at ease and for helping us create the most peaceful environment for the final moments of my cat's beautiful life.

Making the decision to euthanize one's beloved pet is never easy, but I can't speak highly enough of the in-home experience I just had with HousePaws. Everyone -- from the person who answered the phone to the team who came to the house to help my boy across the Rainbow Bridge could not possibly have been kinder, more empathetic and compassionate. I am so grateful for their sensitivity on what was an awful, but necessary day.
