Awful, horrible, the worst I’ve ever encountered. Vet with the bedside manner of a rock trying to persuade me to put my dog down. No a drop of compassion as I sobbed. She was in immense pain from a pathological fracture and they didn’t even offer a single pain med.. her leg was broken in half. His reasoning, “a lot of people abuse their dogs pain meds”. Dude I’m in here paying you to put a cast on a dog I may have to put down tomorrow and you think it’s because I want animal drugs. He was itching to put my dog down, it was disgusting. Other doctors could not believe he did not provide pain medicine and referred to it as extremely unethical. Then trying to upsell everything. This isn’t my first rodeo bud, and I would spend a fortune to save any of my dogs but I would rather pay double then ever give a cent to poor excuse for a hospital again. I promise you, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. Go the distance and spend the extra money at a better hospital. I regret my beautiful girl had to experience this gross place.

A great office visit with Dr. Emily Barron and staff. She was so nice, caring and listened to my concerns. She answered all my questions.She did not rush me out the door. She took the time to call me herself and explain test results.

When my cat Nova was having a difficult pregnancy I took her here. The staff that helped her and the front desk staff were amazing. They were understanding, caring, kept me in the loop of what was happening. I'm eternally grateful for them and the fact that Nova is doing amazing and so are her kittens.

I would never bring my kids (animals) there EVER! My little sog got mauled by a big dog and I raced to this so-call animal hospital. They made my previous baby wait for over an hour to seek emergency assistance. There was a person waiting for two hours before me, his dog was sick. In comes a guy with a cat, non- emergency they took him in within five minutes because he had previously been there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BRINGING YOUR ANIMALS THERE. I had to find another emergency vet in PA to go to as fast as I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS.
